Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

•    RV & Tent Sites (less than 27 days) : You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

•    Lodging & Accommodations (less than 27 days): You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. 

Cabins and RV sites, extended stay reservations, more than 27 days : You must give 30 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., thirty days before your scheduled arrival.

•    Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits

.•    Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

•    No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

•    No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

•    Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions

.•    Holidays and special events 14 days for RV and Tent sites and 21 days for Lodging and Accommodations 

Policy is strictly followed. NO exceptions. No Refund for Early Departures. 

No shows on arrival date will result in automatic deposit forfeiture and reservation cancellation

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ** ALL CAMPSITES HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER SITE. Guests NOT on reservation have to register and $pay$ to receive required car tag. No car tag = trespassing and will be escorted off of grounds. More than 6 people WILL NOT be permitted on campsite.  NO EXCEPTIONS Gate has a monitoring company 24/7 and they will NOT be given access to campground if at 6 person maximum capacity
