RV & Tent Sites: If you cancel the reservation more than 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded with a $20 cancellation fee. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received less than 7 days will be charged the first night plus tax.

Sites on Holiday Dates: (Memorial Day, July 4th, etc.) If your reservation is canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, all but $20 of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.

Lodging: If your reservation is canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date your deposit will be refunded with a $20 cancellation fee.
